I do agree with the beneficial effects they might have on our health, and the possible need to have a good intake of them on a daily basis. As I have said, I eat a very healthy diet, with lots of fresh vegetables and fruit. I have never taken any anti-oxidant supplements, other than garlic pills, but am considering doing so.
