Bacon Brussels sprouts 1 lb. of brussel sprouts (washed and trimmed) 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard Salt to taste Pepper to taste 2 tbsp. butter 6 oz. bacon Start by heating a medium skillet over medium high heat and frying the bacon until browned on both sides. Transfer to a paper towel to drain and cool. Slice the bacon into about 1 inch ling pieces.
